Feet shoulder width apart

Inhale raise hands on one side

Exhale lower hands across body to other side

Take a step and switch sides or heel raise option

(3 - 6 - 9 minutes)

Grounding in the Universe

Feet together

Inhale raise your hands up to the side

Exhale press down and through the center

(3 - 6 - 9 times)

Embracing Earth & Sky

Wide Stance

Inhale scoop down and pull into your heart

Exhale press out as you sink down

Inhale circle the arms around and upward

Exhale press down through the center

(3 - 6 - 9 times)

Feather Floating in the Breeze

Hover one hand over the center of balance

Inhale scoop your other hand up and around

Exhale move horizontally across your body with palm out

Inhale scoop your hand down and around

Exhale move horizontally across your body with palm in

Continue on one side and then switch sides
